We are a brokerage company specializing in the sale of rural land (timberland, farm land, recreation land).  We offer two things: land for sale, and services for people seeking assistance with buying or selling land. The quality of our listings and the flexibility of our services is how people benefit from Cyprus Partners.

Listings:

If you're looking for land to buy check out the properties we have for sale. With Cyprus, you won't have to worry about other people also shopping these properties. That's because we only deal in exclusive, written agreements with our landowner clients. We never just "hang a sign up" hoping someone calls. We also carefully qualify prospective listings so you can be sure about owner motivations, and that we counsel our clients about price based on actual comparable sales.

Services:

When it comes to buying and selling rural land, some people prefer to handle the details themselves and don't want an agent.  Some prefer to have an agent handle the details.  There's not a right or wrong way, and either way, we offer services that will help you get it done.
